Hello,
I am new to Redmine.
I wonder if we can use Redmine as a request tracking in our enterprise. Here are below the specifications (summary):
- a contact creates a request for a customer.
- the request is then assigned to a technician (with a simple workflow)
Contact should be able to enter request by a portal.
The Customer data are from SAP backend. There are specific attributes to be defined.
The contact data come from internal tool.
Do you know if redmnine can be used for those needs?
