Hi guys,

I'm looking for something that I'm not sure exist, and so I may create it.

I'd like my developers to have another kind of in progress status. For example, some guys here work on many issues at the same time, some they have to wait for someone etc.

What would be awesome is a start/pause/ended feature, or something similar.
