Redmine

So my boggle is that I have been tasked with looking after the SVN/redmine server and recently just one user has an issue where she is trying to update her repo only that the hook complains the issue doesn't exist when it does.

I looked into this and see the above in the mysql database production log file. Yes the authentication is through the API and there doesn't seem to be a key issue that I can tell.

I have ccrosssed checked the keys adn looked at other users who all appear to be able to check/update the other repos okay? its jsut this one repo that is giving me problems.

any ideas or pointeres anyone. All help muchly appreciated. if not then thanks for taking the time to read this in the first instance.
