Ansible playbook for Redmine

Hello
I've just pushed Ansible playbook for Redmine installation. I'm targeting this playbook for non admin people, hopefully it will help people to start using Subversion or Git.
Most of the playbook is finished. I just need to update the README more. So, feel free to comment if you want to :)
