Is it possible to 'auto populate' a spreadsheet?

I want to create a log in the form of a spreadsheet. That is easily done in Redmine, for example:

But what I really want to be able to do is have this table auto populate each line when I edit a 'normal' Wiki page. IE if I do this on a wiki page:
h1. August:
</TABLE1 "put this text directly into TABLE1" /TABLE1
And then the text would magically show up in the spreadsheet as a new line.
Basically, I want to have the users enter text onto a Wiki page....and have certain Marked Up text show up in the spreadsheet.....can that be done? Any pointers where I can learn how to do this? I guess one question will be which cells do I want the text in...not sure how to handle that either.
