Version for Project fields

Hi,
Just a new beginner to Redmine and Ruby and Rails.
Was looking to implement a feature - Create versioning for project fields in Redmine.
Example a version history maintained for changes in done in Project name, Description etc similar to wiki page under Project.
Is this feasible for current Redmine design?
