Send Email to any address

Hi,

Is there a plug-in or way I could send an email from a ticket, to any address?

I have a user with an issue, and I need to contact an outside company for support. I'd like to track all those emails in RedMine.

IIRC there's a plugin to do that... was something with "watchers" in the name...
