How can i remove the Email Notification dropdown menu for the non-admin users that i have created

How can i remove the Email Notification dropdown menu and Preferences for the non-admin users that i have created.

I would like to assign a default option for all clients to receive e-mail, and i do not what them to have the option to change it.

Can it be done?

Modify the appropriate view (app/views/my/account.html.erb) and the adjust the corresponding controller if needed...
