Redmine

Hi there,

We've been using redmine for a long time to track our IT issues and are very happy with it.
Now we've been asked to implement a solution for the following:

We've created a custom field called "location". When a ticket is made a location is selected for the ticket.
Now we need to create designated users for said locations who can then view all tickets made with their location selected.

Let's say we have a location "brussels" and the user responsible for "brussels" logs into the system. He should see all tickets made with the location "brussels" marked.

Is this even possible ?

Any help would be appreciated.
