Redmine ticket duplicate match suggestion before creating ticket

Hi All,

Last year when I was creating a ticket, I could see: when I click create button before actually creating a ticket with ticket number, the Redmine showed me info of Close matches of few tickets like 80% 12345: ticket title.
If I ignore and continue the new ticket will be created.

But now I could not see this feature even If I create exact duplicate ticket.

can anyone help to explain what was this feature or any plugin so that I can check in my configurations.
