Sorry if I am posting to the wrong forum.

I have a naive question: How do you use affected version during implementation?

Many times one task is implemented first in the target version, but is just implemented few days latter in the affected version. During this period, it is wrong to close the ticket but if one list the opened tickets of target version will get all tickets, including those ones partially implemented.

Has someone already faced this problem?
How did you solve it?
