How to do Sub-Dropdown list???

Hi,

Can anyone help me with implementing Sub-Dropdown list? What I meant is

Under Custom Field, I want to create a main Dropdown, called "MainArea" consisting of
- Area1
- Area2
- Area3

Now I want to create a sub-dropdown, called "SubArea". For example, If I select "Area2" from "MainArea", the Sub-Dropdown will give options (e.g. SubArea2_1, SubArea2_2, SubArea23_...) specific to "Area2" only
