Redmine

Good afternoon, as I can update my redmine "2.2.3.stable" to a newer version without losing any information.

My version information:
Environment:
Redmine version 2.2.3.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7 (i686-linux)
Rails version 3.2.12
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL
Redmine plugins:
notify_custom_users 0.0.4
redmine_monitoring_controlling 0.1.1
redmine_own_time_entries 0.0.1
