Installation of Redmine on Windows 2008 R2

Hi,
I am trying to install Redmine on Windows 2008 R2. I have installed PHP, PHP Admin, My SQL, Apache and Ruby on Rails.
When I am trying to run the following command:
bundle exec rake db:migrate
Error is attached.
Please guide.
Ruby verion - 1.9.3p551
Rails - 4.2.5
Redmine 2.6.7
