Hey All.. silly question.. I have a client who wants emails for all activity on their project (Redmine project obviously).. When creating a new ticket via the web interface, the client gets the email notification. However, when QA teams submit tickets via email, the tickets are created correctly, but the client never receives the notification email. They do have their settings set for all activity for the given project.
Tickets submitted via email use the rdm-mailhandler.rb script to submit tickets to redmina via the API. Is there an issue with notifications from tickets submitted via the API?
