Redmine to support ITIL Service Transition

Hello Guys,

I search for some tool to support Service Transition ILIL process (change management, release management...).
I know Redmine as a great tool to work with bugs and issues. I would like to hear if you use Redimine to support subject I mentioned above - will it be a good tool? What are your expierience in this area?
