The trackers can't be imported

Think I'm having the same issue - using the 'Import' function on the sidebar (version 3.2.1)? Tried numerous options/formats of CSV files but still no success.
Even if I export a single issue/tracker as CSV, change nothing and try to re-import, I still end up with a 0/1 on the summary screen..
Any hints or tips appreciated! Can't help thinking there's a simple answer, or something obvious I'm missing!
