Redmine Exchange

Hello,
how it is possible to configure Redmine with my Exchange server?
We have three mail addresses in Exchange and our plan is when a mail is comming in
to send this mail automatically to redmine and create a ticket.
Is this possible?
Where i can find a good manual in german.
