How to delete the href

I had created a redmine with my Windows Server 2012 R2.
I input my account name to login ,clicking "Projects" on the top.
In the "Projects" window,I want to make the "View all issues" is only showed,
and when I click the "View all issues",the issues can't be displayed.
QA:
I think I need to delete the "href" of "View all issues",but which file should I change?
I don't know the file path..
Who can help me?
