Redmine

Hi, how is it possible to change the issue tracker language?

I'm using redmine 3.2
Default language is English, my user's language is Spanish but the Issue Tracker is shown in French ¿?.

I tried renaming the config/locales/es.yml by config/locales/fr.yml. It was a quick test to check if something was wrong with the configuration of the locale file but it did not work.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
