I want to set a default theme, in the database ?

Hi!
I downloaded 3 different themes, one of them is 'flatly light redmine-0.1'.
I think I understand it like this, the admin can set the theme for all - choosing 'settings' and 'display'.
But am I able to set the default theme to 'flatly light redmine-0.1' either in the database or in some file ?
