Automatic Add Watcher by project to Redmine 3.4.4 Stable?

Is it possible to add a group of Watcher per project, so that automatically when the issue is created is added that group of Watchers?

Redmine 3.4.4 Stable

I define that project group is default assignee for new issue and of cours - groups can be add as assignee in setup. And then I use plugin Custom Workflows (https://github.com/anteo/redmine_custom_workflows). All members of group are add as watcher for all new issues in project.
