Cool, it might be worth contributing some of that to the redmine package on mentors.debian.net. The passengers config bit in particular.

It's a fab product, can't wait for v0.9 (final).
We've made an Ubuntu Hardy (8.04) package available (and a short guide) at http://bitcube.co.uk/content/redmine-project-management which hopefully will bring along a few more users and help to grow the community.
