Delete of comment from Closed ticket leads to deletion of a ticket

Hi all!
I've faced with very unplesant bug today.
I closed the ticket and then deleted two comments. After second commect deletion the ticket was deleted too.
It wasn't my mistake.
Could you please take a look at this problem?
I have a backup and will restore the ticket but it is terrible inconvenient.
Redmine version 4.0.3.stable.
Browser google chrome v. 73.0.3683.103.
