Redmine web page not working and displaying directory contents

Install redmine on Ubuntu server 18.04 by following these instructions http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_on_Ubuntu_step_by_step and the webpage does not work, it just shows me the directories. I looked for how to correct it but I do not give with the solution.
