Redmine

Hello everyone, everything good?

I've been looking for a solution to integrate my company's Redmine with SVN + Tortoise SVN for some time.

Basically the integration would be any modification in the software after the committee or update automatically update in Redmine the status of this task.

however in my current structure it is:

VisualSVN with Subversion installed on Windows Server 2008
Redmine installed on ubuntu
on Windows machines with Tortoise SVN installed

But all the integration models and procedures I have just found show how I can do this integration from Linux to Linux or Redmine BITNAMI (windows) to VisualSVN Windows

Can anyone help me set up the hooks and this integration?
