Sidebar Theme 0.1 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of
Sidebar Theme version 0.1
The major style changes are:
- Top menu moved to the left navigation bar as icons
- My account menu is embedded within an avatar icon
- Top banner height is reduced
- Light grey background for pages
