Not able to open the Redmine on new server

Hello All,
I am new to Redmine , we have a old server in which redmine is install and that need to be decommission.So we have copied all the folder from old server to new . Now do we need to export the data from old server to new server or it will work as it is . please suggest the process.
Also redmine is install on the Linux server. I have used following command to check and start the services
command to check and start the services :-
./ctlscript.sh status
./ctlscript.sh start
Readmine Version : redmine-4.0.3-0
on old server we are able to launch the portal,after starting the services but while starting the service on new server we are getting following error :-

so , i need a help to fix this issue asap on new server, so please suggest asap.
