Redmine

Good evening :D

First of all, thanks for interesting.
I am wondering that, how Redmine can control the SCM tool in compliance aspect.

I am looking for plug-in or some function to covering below situations,
1. when developer try to merge(push) program source after editing their programs, they relating their changes to "approved tracker No."
2. Redmine (or maybe scm tool) is checking the approval status about related tracker.
If status(tracker) is not approved, developers cannot merge(push) their program source to common repository.
