I was wondering if anyone has ever implemented a mechanism where when a Issue is "Resolved", it automatically re-assigns the issue to the person who opened it.
Looking forward, I would like to have a means to where a given issue in an area will be assigned to the QA owner of the area when resolved.
Anyway... if anyone has any thoughts, experience or otherwise words of wisdom... it would be very much appreciated.
