Current TRAC user, anyone have experience migrating to Redmine from TRAC?

I have an existing 15 year old TRAC instance with a decent number of tickets, attachments, components, milestones, users, and wiki articles.
Is there a tool to handle migrating from TRAC to Redmine? How does it work, is it buggy or very effective and pain free?
