Remote access to redmine database

I have a ubuntu VM hosted at the google cloud platform running the redmine server.
I would like to get the data through Google Data Studio but I cant connect it to my Ubuntu server.
Apparently, the server has the port opened but the Data Studio do not connect to it.

Redmine version 4.0.6.stable
Ruby version 2.7.0-p0 (2019-12-25) [x86_64-linux-gnu]
Rails version 5.2.3
