Redmine don't understand russian text in incoming mails... If I try to create ticket in russian, mail goes to failed folder. Or if I response on mail from TicketSystem in english - all fine, redmine put comment to correct ticket. If I write in Russian, message goes to failed after redmine imap script finish work... We use IMAP configuration, so all should be fine.
