Getting frequent Alerts on High CPU and Memory Utlization - Redmine 4.2.2

We are getting frequent alerts of High CPU and Memory Utilization for OneQ Neo application . On checking found service "Passenger Ruby" is consuming highest CPU and for Memory "ruby.bin".

Please help with the use of this services and how we optimize it to avoid such alerts in future.
