All of the issue's due dates are showing as late and in red

Hi, could you please help me with the following question?
1. I closed or resolved the issue on the correct due date, but all of the issue's due dates are showing as late and in red. Can you please tell me why the system is displaying this? I already resolved the issue on time, but it still shows late and in red.
2. can you help me how to open external links in a new tab using CMS plugin? I already installed the plugin and configured the menu links but the problem is that the link doesn't open in a new tab.
