issue names numbering

hello

i was wondering if there is a possiblity to have the issue numbers not span projects. or even to have issue names preceeded by its project id - maybe something like jira does: "red-44" instead of "44" and the numbering is then within one project?

but anyways: thanks alot for redmine, it's a great piece of work!
