i get an error when i try to have an issue in a project block another issue in a subproject

the error that comes up is a translation missing error, has someone gotten this working, or is the error bogus, and there is no underlying support for this in trunk?

also, i noticed there is a patch on a redmine issue that claims to provide support for sharing 'versions' amongst all project+subprojects, so this may have come across this error...

either way, i think more sharing accross projects/subprojects is a valuable concept
