Sorting Issues by due date

Added by Dan Irwin about 15 years ago

Hello all,

Is there a way for a user to sort all of the issues assigned to them by the due date (starting with the ones that are soonest)?

I am just starting to deploy this program in my office and things are going great. Thanks for the help.

Yes.

  1. Go to http://your-redmine/issues
  2. Add a filter for "Assigned to <me>"
  3. Click Apply
  4. Click the column title "Due Date" (might need to click twice to get the right sort)

If you save that Query and mark it as public, any user in the system can use it.

Eric,

I had assumed it would be something as simple as that, but I don't see a column titled "Due Date"

Thanks for the help and the fast response!

You can add columns to the issue list view in the administration menu / settings / Issue tracking

Maybe "due date" is not selected in your setup?

Nope, it wasn't. I didn't know you could do that though :-) .

Thanks for telling me!
