Redmine

we have two scm repositories on two servers, one is cvs with gb18030 encoding, the other is svn with utf-8 encoding. now we want to include them all into redmine, but redmine doesn't provide function for setting separate scm comment message encoding per project, we can only set the encoding for all projects in the "admin->repositroy"? so one project's repository will encoding scm comment incorrectly.
