file upload problem

Hi,
I must uploading a file (about 15 Mb), in File section, but my browser show a error message.
Why ?
Exist a plug in to resolve this problem ?

Hi,

You can change the maximum size of uploaded files in the general tab of the settings.

ok. I changed to 131 Mb, but don't work...

What is the error message ? And please, give more informations on your excecution environment and have a look at the logs (Apache, Mongrel, ...).
