How to add logged spent time into comments as information when a an issue is updated?

Hi,

i have installed My Effort plugin and i would like to see in every update of issue the spent time. Right now it is not displayed. How can i do it?

Which are the files that i have to checked and to add code to do so if necessary?

The point is this spent time to be included in the comments, so users that receive these updates to email to see how long was worked for this.
