Redmine

Hi,
Everybody I am a new user of redmine. I managed to install as well as configure it.
But the problem arises when i try to create a new issue for a tracker problem is that i cant asign a priority to that issue because when
I click on the priority list menu i get nothing in there so i cannot assign any thing to thid field but as a red asterick appears over
so its compulsory to assign something to it .

Does it needs some pre-field setup I dont know i tried to locate that over their website but i could not find it.

It will be of great help and i will we very much thankful to anyone who could tell where i am going wrong or whats the procedure
