Redmine

I am trying to keep as much of the redmine functionality while not allowing deletion of anything (what can I say, I'm a digital pack-rat). I disabled issue deletion, added a plug-in to track changes on the description.

• Disabling deletion of files associated with issues
• Tracking changes on notes.

I am more concerned with just disabling file deletion for now, but the only thing I can find is a permission to manage files...

If there isn't some permission to disable this, it should be easy enough to just break in the code...anyone know how?

The point of explaining my situation is that I think this 'keep everything' mantra might be something that should be streamlined into redmine. Sure deleting things keeps things clean, but it requires a lot of trust- not really possible over 10 users.
