Crashed after update from version 0.8.4 to 0.9

Hi,
I had a working redmine version 0.8.4. I needed to update it to 0.9.
I 'm working in a dreamhost server.

I downloaded the 0.9 stable version via svn as you write in the tutorial.
The redmine downloaded succesfully.
So I have 2 folders "redmine-0.8.4" and "redmine-0.9".
Then I proceeded to make all the migrations as are written in the tutorial page.
I 've installed also gems 2.3.5 as was required.

Nothing show me an error. But when I try to enter I see the next message

Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your redMine administrator for assistance.

Solved.
2 things happend first I forgot to change directory. I was accessing to redmine-0.8.4 directory. But when I changed that was still not working.
For some reason passenger didn't want to restart. After some time the restart happend and now it's working.
