Redmine

I have two questions:
1. Is there a way to browse the issues to add an related issue instead of typing the number?
2. Is there a way to link to related issues of other subproject or projects. I typed in a number belonging to
another subproject and it seems not to be accepted.

I started yesterday to experiment with redmine, and so far I am happy with it. Everything work out of the box.
