Redmine

I'd like to view images in my emails in description field. Now if I insert image using into issue descrition I view the relative path for the image (like [img src="screenshot.png" alt="" /]) It isn't shown that way. Is it possible to somehow insert absolute path to the image so I can view it in emails?
