Un-installing a Plugin?

This is a noob question... but how do I uninstall a plugin? I don't seem to have a delete button anywhere, and removing the directory from /vendor/plugins has no effect that I can see.

You have just restart your web server.
if your web server is passenger, run this command "touch {ROOT_REDMINE}/tmp/restart.txt"
