Redmine

HI I try all is setup in http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/HowTo_to_handle_SVN_repositories_creation_and_access_control_with_Redmine

But If I try any user of redmine like that ssh user_redmin@localhost
The system asking password but password not work

If I go to my domain http://redmineXXX.com/sys

I get Access denied. Repository management WS is disabled or key is invalid.
And WS is already activated in the server

I see in the errors
But I not see nothing

Any ideas?
