Redmine

Hello,

We just went live with Redmine, and when I delivered it to the devs, they exclaimed that there was no way for non-administrators to create projects pages.

I just hit up the IRC channel and communicated with ckoehler who pointed me in the direction a ruby script that does two things. Creates a redmine project page and creates an SVN repo.

Is it true that ("by default") there is no way to allow non-administrator users to create projects?
