Send e-mail to watcher of a issue when a svn revision reference an issue.

Is it possible to have redmine send an e-mail to the watchers of an issues when a revision in svn is associated to this issue with the refs keyword ?

I don't believe there is an option at the moment but we would find this useful too as referencing a ticket in anyway, should be considered a change and notify interested parties.

But for this to work well, there is another request somewhere to tie up subversion usernames with redmine users when parsing the revision history and I guess you'd want this in-place first otherwise redmine would notify the committer also and this would break the "don't e-mail about changes I make" option.
